DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS from an immigration agent if they try to talk to you. You have the right to remain silent.

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING without first speaking to a lawyer. You have the right to speak with a lawyer.

• If you are outside of your home, ask the agent if you are free to leave and if they say yes, leave calmly.

Document Safely

There are rumors circulating about ICE activity in Pocatello and other communities. The truth is that there is ICE activity daily in many parts of Idaho, including the law enforcement action in Wilder, Idaho, on October 19, 2025.

It is important to remain calm and know your rights.

If you see ICE activity in our area, take video and photo and share it with PODER of Idaho, Immigrant Justice Idaho, Familias Unidas Immigration Legal Services, and ACLU of Idaho. Make sure you are tracking the time and location.

As of now there is no confirmed ICE activity or raids in Pocatello. Please be careful to verify any information before you share.
